Help! I don't know what to do!!!

I started my own thread but perhaps I should have just added to this one-

The bag I sent to the US with ECI and it has been in customs for almost 2 days.

I'm totally freaking out! I've been reading stories about customs holding items for all sorts of false reasons! I've contacted ECI, USPS, and emailed someone in US customs.

The buyer told me that customs does not charge tax for leather items - if so - whats the delay?

My courier said that sometimes leather items are quarantined? I can't afford for something to go wrong right now

I wouldn't worry. I once had customs hold a bag for 4 weeks going to Australia. Frustrating yes, but it will get there!!
