Help Authenticate this LV, Please Ambre Tote

Hi - I'm looking at two ebay items: 280115453374 and 120120029622.

First, was this purse even made? Second, are these authentic pieces?

The tags on the first bag look completely bogus to me - not to mention that vinyl is spelled vynil in one of the tags.
