I got the Sofia in one of the reds can't remember what the real name is. Its perfect for the gym.

I learned today that store credits expire. I was issued the store credits I have a while back (I can't remember when) but was just told that they expired two months ago. I had no idea as no one mentioned it when they were issued, although I do admit I have not taken a close look at the FAQs recently except for one specific thing.

i think i lost about $130ish as a result.

I'm not 100% sure that is legal if the store credit was for real money that you spent. I am so not a lawyer though.

The Fedral Credit Card act of 2009 has a provision stating that gift cards cannot expire less than 5 years from date of purchase. This would apply to any gift card purchased after it went into effect in early 2010. I'm not sure if that would also apply to store credits. It seems like in NY "store credit", "gift card", and "gift certificate" are all kind of looped in together in some instances.

I think you should not let this go! That's a good amount of money, and having just used a store credit last month after the memorial day sale, I know that there wasn't an expiration on my credit, so for them to make one up now seems fishy.

I HATE what the new owners are doing, it's just sad. Toni and Ben were really making progress in their comeback, and the new owners are just trashing it all over again.

Oh, and placed an order on 6/25. Chatting with Joanna now and the order will be in the next shipment, possibly. How in the world can one order HH as a gift, if you don't know when or if it will be delivered???
