I was going to get another wyeth tote in phantom pebble but then discovered that they changed the phantom pebble to something called ???vintage grey? the code is VGY. I used the online CS chat on Thursday or Friday and oana replied. She said it is a smooth matte leather. UGH - I wanted the more rugged phantom pebble. So that was the end of that dream.

Because I don't think anything is "available." You have to wait for it to be made. And they don't really want to have to say that.
I understand that, I just want to order a denim Nico, but all that is on the site to order is teracotta. The other colors are no longer listed.
Same! Except I was interested in Ruby, but it's no longer listed. I'm hoping they take my Oxblood idea and make that a color choice for the fall bags. Even better if it was super-textured like the black Wyeth was. A few of the panels were super-distressed and non-smooth, I think other brands call it "bubble leather" like RM, but it wasn't as uniform as that.

I feel for all of you who want to buy but can't because of colour issues and CS issues and other preventable issues. What I don't understand is why they would have a sale on items not in stock? It doesn't make business sense. I decided not to buy anything sale or not. It's sad.

This! It has seriously halted me from buying anything right now. I want to see actual products and not photoshopped images of colors that don't really seem accurate. I'm a pebble grain sorta gal and I want to feel like I can touch the leather through the screen.
