Ok, posted to HH's wall re: the lack of phone service. Apparently they are having technical difficulties and Verizon is looking into it. Should be back up and running tomorrow.... Meanwhile they ask that folks email CS. Ugh, I hope that's effective!!

Yikes, what a mess! The time it takes to sort this out shouldn't be tacked on to the wait time for refunds. Personally I think it is silly that you have to wait out the 4 weeks, but I always forget and end up looking months later and having to get it sorted out anyway, so I haven't gotten worked up over it yet.

Those are some lovely metallics on eBay, fer sure. The Lorca's Anthracite, and the Mercer Triple-C is Pewter. 'Bout had a heart attack... it almost looks like Lead in the smaller images.
And the Steel Sloane and OOAK Koko are still up too. That Steel is soooo chewy.

Me too, Jenni!! I nearly went into labor because I thought for a brief moment it was Lead.
