So I had UPS intercept the package and emailed HH like a billion times to ask for a working phone number and a working return address. They better not try to charge me for the cost of intercepting the package since they aren't contactable.

I also told them that difficult returns are one of the reasons I don't shop with them unless stuff is on clearance. grrr.

Oh great. NOW they email me - and apparently that UPS label was a mistake!!!!

So god knows where the cuffs are headed and the mistake won't be fixed for a couple of days. sigh this is what I get for following their instructions. I am done ordering from them again. Grrr.

That's why so many people put things up for sale on eBay/Bonz instead of returning them too. HH is probably just fine with that idea.

Jenni - yes it's not the right address. I emailed right back to ask for the correct address but no one has answered. If I get one message a day it'll take like a week to get this resolved. Plus the week in transit then the minimum 4 weeks for my refund.

this is what they sent - i wonder how many other packages are on their way to that address.

OK phew. I just got an email from Ben saying that they are rerouting UPS on their side. So I call UPS back now.

ETA oh great now I can't get through to UPS.

I guess I'll try to email them and get a new address... or maybe I'll just pull the physical address off the web and just mail it myself and not worry about a UPS label.
