Thanks, Suz & Nikki! It wasn't produced in Yam Shine, though, right?
And my Grape Shine definitely wasn't the produced leather, no matter what HH said. Gingey got it at the store and it was marked "Sample", well before the bags came out. The Celina's GpS leather is stiff and flaky, not the pillowy/spongy Shine of the bags and other cuffs. It's looking pretty rugged these days.

Your GS was definitely different from the one they produced. I LOVED yours! It was more vibrant like Carlie's biblio.

I sold it a long time ago to a friend, and she sold it too. Not sure where it is right now, but it was very pretty.

What I can't believe is the Farrow RMC posted, it's a great looking bag! I particularly like how it holds so much and opens up wide for easy access....there must have been a good reason to not produce it.

^^I know! I LOVE the shape of that bag. I wish they would produce a similar style. I never looked twice at that bag before. Funny how tastes change.

That farrow is a seriously great shape and so functional. Wonder why it never went into production.

I so wish they'd made that Byrne in other colors instead of the Tobias. RMC's bag looks so useful. I remember not being that excited about it before but seeing how much it fits...

Hoping someone can tell me the silver color the Marlowe came in. Steel, Anthracite...?

^ Whoa, I didn't even know that there was a silver Marlowe! Do you have a picture? I've only seen them in Black Patent, Ruby, Eggplant, Black and Yam.

It's probably Anthracite or Vintage Silver as Steel came out in Spring/Summer 2009 and the Marlowe's from Fall/Winter 2007.

Hmm, I tried to call customer service today. The toll-free # is no longer in service, and the other number gets that fast busy signal that's not really a busy signal. Anyone else experience this???

Oh great. NOW they email me - and apparently that UPS label was a mistake!!!!

So god knows where the cuffs are headed and the mistake won't be fixed for a couple of days. sigh this is what I get for following their instructions. I am done ordering from them again. Grrr.

@Mothbeast - so the Bag Aquisition Corp place was the wrong address??

I know they are probably way busy over at HH...but if they would just respond to our emails and calls in a more timely manner, they probably wouldn't have so many pissed off people on their hands.
