I never get emails from HH and I have Yahoo. Last time I looked their IP was on some anti-spam black-lists.

I also have to chime in and say that I always have problems getting e-mails from HH on my Yahoo account. Their e-blasts always seem to come hours and sometimes even days later than they should.

I also have prob for yahoo, but it's not just HH. I got a The Children's Place email a day after their promo was over.

well if any of you are looking for a new email provider, gmail has always rec'd my HH and other emails super fast, no delays or missing emails.
I would use my gmail exclusively but I hate switching all that stuff over... most everything goes to my yahoo

I have the same issues with yahoo; gmail works well for me also with the HH emails and it's free.

random question - is the Bags Acquisition Corp 11 E 32nd st NY NY 10016 the right address for HH returns? I assume it is since it popped up on my rtn label but since the rtn address on the outgoing labels is usually Brooklyn I thought I'd check before I just shove this in the mail.

I know. It must be them though as that's where the emailed copy of the UPS label came from. Weird. The phone number listed is the HH cust service. I'll probably call to confirm tomorrow.

Maybe HH is using a fulfillment center in efforts to get shipping and returns running smoother? Sounds like it could be the name of such a center. Those centers usually rep multiple venders.

I finally got an email back that they're processing my refund. The return label I got was addressed to Ben Harnett. I don't remember the exact address, though.

That makes sense. I haven't returned anything from HH in a while but the label was addressed to Ben Harnett and it went to Brooklyn when I mailed a return last year.
