:yes: I emailed them a week ago asking why the link on my order page wouldn't let me return or exchange the PA Celina... I just wanted to exchange it for a Marmo Chestnut one, and the link to the website was telling me it couldn't be returned or exchanged. ???? So a second email yesterday, and of course, still nothing. Guess I'll try to call tomorrow. Odds that customer service isn't available?
 
What a shame about the 3S! Gotta respectfully disagree w/ I*I on that one--the shoulder strap is key to the bag's usability! Unless u just want a handbag I guess..although the woven straps actually work as shoulder straps as well.
 
Mea culpa...

HH just responded to my second email saying that they'd replied within a day to the first one (and forwarded the email... sure enough). I think there's some issue with Yahoo and their emails. They're even in my address book, and nothing ever goes to the spam folder, so I don't know what it could have been. Weird. But regardless, they sent me the info needed to do the exchange!! YAY! The PA Celina is beautiful, but way too blingy for me... Marmo Chestnut Celina, come to mama!! :yahoo:
 
MT - would you do the project yourself or would you take it somewhere? I don't know if ink would come off. I had no luck with trying to get ink stains off some bags. how do the sellers other bags look?

Can't believe someone turned the triple strap into a double.
 
I never get emails from HH and I have Yahoo. Last time I looked their IP was on some anti-spam black-lists.

I have issues with HH emails and my yahoo account too.
The last three or four they sent I would get between 2 and 5 days late! If I weren't a part of this board and a fan on FB I would miss knowing about every flash sale because of the delay.
