I know some of you saw our pro pics on FB. I can't get over these three. The photographer edited over 100 pics. I can't believe how many she gave me. Some really fun ones too. She is such a talent.:

Well, I was a little embarrassed to come back after being MIA for so long, but I see that's been true for several of us old Hotties. I'm so happy to see so many familiar names-- sally, mishka (omg that chloe!), mothbeast, monkeytail, blammie, etc! But I do have a story to tell that's directly related to the Hotties...
I stopped posting because my money was getting tight and I couldn't afford to drool over all the HH goodness. My kids both headed off to college, and I'd been looking for a job for a while, with no success. Then, after lots of hard thinking, I decided to take what was left of my money and put it into starting an online women's clothing and accessories boutique. That idea came directly from the Non-HH Purchases Board, where people kept asking me to post my etsy finds. The shop should be up in a couple of weeks. I'm being asked what gave me the idea to do this, and the more I thought about it, the more I realized it was here that the seeds got planted!
So even though my only current HH bag is my trusty old Khaki Corcovado, I've been missing the Hotties!

Fafnir - I was just there for a visit. The DH's work takes him there occasionally and he has friends from home living there so we went for a visit. I loved Powells and a photography bookstore I found.
