My inspiration for my work on an old Belstaff came also when I saw Chanel, loosely related.....it was the look of my dreams which involved a Chanel bag, do not mind the model if you do not like her ( I do not care ) but the style of this look is what I would wear this second, especially the boots, and the jacket, and the bag....I am glad my Belstaff does not have obvious logos though

I like yours better than Chanel's.

I had the people at Coach add flowers to the strap of this basic near vintage black bag. That was pretty daring for me. I have another bag that I cut off the strap. It took a long time to get brave enough to do it. The bag is beautiful leather but the strap was webbing, which I thought took away from the beauty of the bag.

I bought small beautiful red Balenciaga, so called shoulder bag, which had ridiculously short strap. I cut it off, whew, and attached a sturdy cross-body cell phone strap from Turkish company Happy-Ness and made it into a hip LOL, it is a bit smaller than my Bal hip but so vibrant and pretty
