Dear @mynetsale , these are the responses from the girls in vogue forum. http://forums.vogue.com.au/showthrea...=385275&page=9 … #mynetsale

Hello lingling
Sorry I m still a newbie status so I can't pm you back.
Here are some of the pointers for the email to MNS.
Just be specific and out rightly accuse the item is fake and NOT authenticate.
Then demand a full refund. Not store credit.
Show proof you authenticated your bag, and maybe other post/thread of their bad rep.
And that you are disappointed and you have no confidence in their product and you believe it is fake!
They should get back to you right away, took about 1 day for me. They agreed to refund with no question and but they still stand by that their product is 100% genuine. (Total bs, if not why refund so easily?)
But if they don't refund, your next response is to bring up ACCC And reporting them etc. if they still don't refund, contact paypal/creditcard which ever way you paid, as they should help you get your money back.

Do it as quickly as you can!

If you need more pointers I can email my direct interactions with them
Here's my email
[email protected]
Thanks for your pointers Lafrenzy! I just received my Prada BN2274 from MNS and am in the process of getting it authenticated now. My bag looks the same as yours, we even have the same number on that tag in the inner lining! I have finished writing them an email and will send it as soon as some confirms that the bag is a fake. I will hopefully receive the same outcome as you.

No worries, as long it was helpful :)
I pray for you it is real if not, hope you get your money ASAP!
I actually don't really know what those numbers mean, so I can't really say is that weird. But surely they can't have more than 5 bags with the same number right?

I just received an email from spreets. Spreets is promoting MNS!! Apparently the prada totes are now 50% off! *angry*
I bet they are just reselling the returned goods we sent back!!!! Gah, how many more victims?

I cannot believe that MNS are selling through Spreets?!!! That is ridiculous!!
As I've said, surely these companies have to take some responsibility for the goods they promote or facilitate the sale of???

I wonder what Spreets would have to say if they were bombarded with angry emails??

I can't believe they're still operating - and how hilarious that they've reported the link!!

I HOPE THEY TRY TO REPORT THIS THREAD!!!

Ps sorry for all the rage....

EWWWWW!!!!

And of course you will have rage! I hope you are refunded soon.
Any news from your report?

You can also contact the federal police.

http://www.afp.gov.au/policing/ip-crime/faq.aspx

How do I report IP crime?
To report IP crime call Crimestoppers on 1800 333 000 or you local state or territory police. If you have discovered a fake product, support legitimate industry by contacting the brand owner.

Nope, haven't heard a thing :(

I thought about contacting the AFP as well as the ACCC... I just wondered how they would be caught if they're shipping the counterfeit goods from overseas straight to the consumer??

I just did a quick google search and saw that MNS got a positive write up recently in the Herald Sun!!

Maybe we should all go to A Current Affair?? Lol!! I'm sure Tracey Grimshaw would get us some justice!! Rofl!!

Yes, contact the ACCC. I have experience with them so if you're interested I can PM you. It's VERY easy to make a claim and have it be resolved. MNS deserves the worst publicity ever and you DESERVE your money back.
Has MNS replied to you yet? Do they know you have reported them?

The police can investigate their processing. Considering how elaborate this scheme is I am thinking they have organised ways to appear innocent and fooled by the manufacturers. Regardless, the consumers will be refunded. The only difference is whether these con-artists will be punished severely or not. They are despicable.

WTF. They probably sent them a real bag or one of their good fakes.

I would help you contact the media but I haven't received any fake goods so it's not really for me to complain.
