I wish I knew about this forum before I purchased my Prada bag. I only heard good reviews regarding the Antigone Givenchy bags and i saw SMH and Vogue promote it and thought it was 'dream come true' sigh. So much second guessing now.=[
My bag is awaiting to be authenticated on the Prada thread. fingers crossed! x.

I just checked for you and unfortunately yours has been deemed fake too.

EMAIL THEM IMMEDIATELY demanding a full refund and that they pay for your return postage. This is disgusting.

By now they definitely know they have fake items and just don't care. It's not one sale like with BlueFly it's many brands and they keep selling the returned products without contacting other buyers. It's a scam.

Everything PRADA I've seen/authenticated from them is FAKE - BEWARE!!!!!!

Yes, unfortunately it was a fake (a billion thankyous to Missfiggy!!) =[ On the bright side i am getting a refund!
I got in touch with Mynetsale, they agreed to refund after my furious email but they were still insistent their product were genuine (my *** they are!) Their respose was just a copy and paste of another victims email (we were corresponding with each others progress)
Since I was a newbie here, i wasn't able to pm some MNS scam victims so I put up my email in hope to get in touch with them, so far, 5 people have contacted me personally!!! 5!! Because they have read my posting! Some were not even purseforum members! They are not risking it and planning to return the products.
I don't know about other brands that MNS supplies, BUT beware of Prada on MNS from personal experience. As currently Missfiggy has deemed 3 fake already on the authenticate prada thread supplied from MNS!

Sorry I m still a newbie status so I can't pm you back.
Here are some of the pointers for the email to MNS.
Just be specific and out rightly accuse the item is fake and NOT authenticate.
Then demand a full refund. Not store credit.
Show proof you authenticated your bag, and maybe other post/thread of their bad rep.
And that you are disappointed and you have no confidence in their product and you believe it is fake!
They should get back to you right away, took about 1 day for me. They agreed to refund with no question and but they still stand by that their product is 100% genuine. (Total bs, if not why refund so easily?)
But if they don't refund, your next response is to bring up ACCC And reporting them etc. if they still don't refund, contact paypal/creditcard which ever way you paid, as they should help you get your money back.

Do it as quickly as you can!

And again.

I have just received a Ralph Lauren puffer jacket that I ordered for my boyfriend...I had been looking for it everywhere as the stores had all sold out so was so happy when I found it on mynetsale... I ordered the item and waited over a month for it to arrive... I finally received and opened the jacket and didn't think much of it until I showed my dad who has the same one (but purchased from the Ralph store)... He pointed out several differences to his genuine one such as the non down filling, lining, embroidery logo and inside tags, not to mention the huge size difference between the two!... The one that I have purchased is a fake! As soon as I figured it out I emailed mynetsale, however I am still waiting on a reply! that was 2 weeks a go now!!! The service is shocking! We are required to contact them ASAP if there is a problem, however they cannot even reply in 2weeks! Appalling! I want a full refund for the item... If I don't hear from them in the next few days I will be lodging a complaint with consumer affairs or fair trading! Very upset!

That is horrible :( I really want them to go down! Their communication is so inconsistent, mine got back to me so quickly. But a copy and paste email, as I compared our interaction with other victims. Shocking.
If I was them I will just keep bombarding them with email until they respond!

I definitely think that we should all report mynetsale to the ACCC - I figure the more complaints they receive, the sooner they may take action ( thanks Crackberry for the link!!)

As an update I sent them a follow up email... I haven't heard anything back from them. I've lodged a complaint so we'll see what happens from here!

It's so bad they're ripping so many people off :/

Good for you!!!! I hope they refund you. Please post the pictures if you can in a celine thread so people know to stay away.

I would report them myself but I haven't received a fake item.


Side notes -
On the product review thread I commented below the people who received fakes that they should report them and surprise surprise by comment was deleted for inappropriate behaviour. I didn't write anything mean just " if you have concerns contact fair trading and the ACCC".
MNS must be deleting comments that inform people where to report them. Very very shady business practises.

On whirlpool someone received fake chanels. The comment has been deleted but it was quoted.

They are now selling the pradas again! Shameless.

Someone tweeted to MNS that they were selling fakes and MNS said they were "investigating" the threads. Go ahead MNS. Perhaps they should investigate their own business rather than their one time customers.
