Hi all!

I was wondering if anyone had experience buying from www.mynetsale.com? I've read a few reviews on the web which state that the site is authentic, however someone mentioned the other day that it sold fakes.

I was just wondering if anyone had any first hand experience? Apparently they have Alexander Wang on sale occasionally!!

Cheers:D

I would like to know as well. As I found the Givenchy Antigona really hard to find and stocks only 1 or 2, but they have some and multiples of each one...

Anyone a designer bag from to comment if they are the genuine authentic items?

Of course the reviews on the site are going to say that. Chances that they are real reviews are pretty slim.
Reputable sites also have AW on sale occasionally. There is a Deals and Steals thread above that has helped me score several discounted bags from reliable sources.
Any time something seems too good to be true it most likely is.

Hi all,
First of all, thank you for your feedback! Styleconsul, you were right, there was a spelling mistake on one of our landing page, we have corrected it. Thank you for spotting this.
Regarding our product, I can assure you they are 100% authentic. We have a very strict policy regarding our product and supplier selection. We know how important it is to grow an healthy and sustainable company. We had one customer accusing us of selling fakes and it turned out to be a competitor thread. The post has been removed from this forum by now.
There are good and bad reviews about us over Internet and we are learning from them, we listen very carefully every customer to level up our service. Also, we always use MyNetSale account to post on forums.
Do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions :)

I have purchased two scarves from them two months ago- one Burberry one and one Alexander McQueen one within a few days of each other. When the Burberry one arrived, I thought that it was funny that there wasn't a tag (where the price normally is) attached to it but didn't think much of it. A few days later, my McQueen skull scarf arrive without an "Alexander McQueen- made in Italy' label sewn onto the scarf at all. That was enough to convince me that they sold fake products. I wrote an angry email giving them the reasons why I was convinced the scarves they sold me were fake. They refunded by money promptly but gave no explanation to the 'abnormalities' in their products and just sent me a short email to say that their products are authentic.

That was just my experience with them. Also, shipping takes at least one month. I had also liked them on facebook, and noticed that people posted on the wall about late deliveries and fake products, and now they have disabled public wall posts. I have seen a few people resort to posting comments on their photos and stuff, but they get promptly deleted as well. :shucks:

I've seen too many threads like this with people posting about receiving obvious fakes. The money always ends up being refunded (eventually) but I'd be too worried I'd not be able to spot the fakes.

My experience was horrible - I paid a fair bit of money for a Celine bag about a year ago, that was an obvious fake. It arrived with disgusting yellow glue marks down both sides of the handles and the bag had dirty marks on it. I couldn't get my money back because I didn't manage to return it in the 'specified return period' (I was on holidays when it arrived) :(

I too received an email saying something about their quality control... I would definitely NOT recommend this site!!

The strange thing is that I've read reviews about it in reputable magazines... Seems the magazines need to take some more responsibility about what businesses they endorse!!

I wondered why I couldn't see any "beware fake products" on their fb page.

So sorry to hear about your experience. I bought some CL boots from them when they first opened (had them authenticated positively here). I've worn them around CL workers and none have ever said anything to me and they would because they know price is no issue with my desire for authenticity.

THAT IS AWFUL!!!!
You should have posted it here and I could have helped you. Report them to the ACCC next time something like this happens to you. It doesn't matter if it is outside 14 days because the item was not as described. You would have definitely had your money refunded.
What are you doing with the fake bag now?

I remember going to one of their pop up sales and they were giving away a free celine tote but I didn't inspect it because I already had one so I wasn't that interested.

I've heard of positive reviews so I think they send them real ones.

Thanks Crackberry,

I wish I had taken it further!! I can't believe I hadn't thought of that at the time :/

The bag sits sadly on my wardrobe floor :( if I can work out how to load pictures onto this forum ill take some to show just how bad it is!!

Thank you for providing the link to the other discussion - it was a very interesting read!! Oh and I'm so happy that there aren't as many nasty people in this forum!! Lol!!

I'm so happy to hear that your CL's were authentic!! They must mix it up every now and then!!

Hi Becblasz,

My pleasure to both thank you-s:)

Load them onto a picture server eg photobucket or use this thread to learn how to do it here. If you are still really hurt create a new thread in the celine forum titled "fake by mynetsale" or something similar so it appears in google.

That is so sad. Just remember, you didn't receive the item you ordered so the return period is irrelevant. That is like saying you ordered a pair of shoes but you received a bag but since it's outside 14 days you can't return them. WHAT?

I still have my doubts about the louboutins. At this point I wouldn't be surprised if they were fake.
Avoid this website. It's not worth the second guessing.
I think they know they are mixing them up. No website will be that ignorant that many times. Especially if they rave about their products being authentic.

I think the website's reputation has been severely hampered by these threads so their new customer numbers will be decreasing rapidly.
