Has anyone else's wallet shown this defect?

No. But i'm very hard on my wallets. I had to get my card case repaired within 9 months of buying it. But i overstuffed it.

Oh OK good thing you didn't take my advice! For mine, it was right on the edge and I did hold my breathe when I tore it off but luckily nothing happened to the wallet!

That happened to my pomme zippy about a month after I puchased it, the leather edges were peeling off, they exchanged it for me.

Never had that happen to a wallet but my black multi belt did that in a few places. The gluey seal stuff came off that seals the edges.

Let us know what they do about it!

It happend to my french purse, the first time without reason, the second time because I treated it a bit careless. I just peeled it off, the purse still looks good to me.

I noticed this happened to mine (I also received for xmas!) right after I got it, but I just peeled it off and it was fine.

Ahh! That's starting to happen to my monogram Koala wallet by the coin zip. My wallet is about 1 year old now, though. Let me know how things work out!
