Happily Ever After Muse II story

Hi Everyone,

I had a small problem with my clasp on my large black patent Muse II that I ordered for a great price from matches.com. It was far too loose. So, I took the bag down to the YSL boutique on Faubourg St Honore to see if they could repair it. The sales person was super nice and understanding. When I told I just got it yesterday, she promptly offered to exchange it for a new one!!!

So, I got a brand new Muse II with a perfect clasp today.

I was shocked that customer service actually exists in Paris. I thanked my purse angels all day today!

Just wanted to share a great YSL story.:woohoo:
 
wow! that is amazing! what great customer service. I can't imagine they would do that at my local YSL boutique, but that is just wonderful. Enjoy your new (perfect!) bag!

I have never heard of such kindness to YSL cutomers directly from the YSL stores.
