The person I talked to said pre owned OR not directly purchased from a Bal Boutique like the NY or LA or Paris, etc. store.

Maybe I will call again tomorrow and confirm the whole Saks, NM, stuff but that is what they said.

They DO require a receipt/proof of purchase to have your bag repaired now. The good news is that Bal stores usually keep pretty good track of all of your purchases in their computer

Also, your credit card company could provide you with a copy I am sure.

Wait, how are they going to check that you didn't get it from BalNY or BalLA? Do we have to provide receipts? I'm a little nervous because I lost my Tomato City's receipt... :s

I have been told that they dont have "any more" 05 handles but you can still have them replaced by 06 or 07 handles.. Your bag is gorgeours btw..
