Rising gas prices is what drove me to switch from Chapstick to Burt's Bees Lip Balm. It's a baby step. But I figure if six billion people stopped buying petroleum based lip products, it might have a positive effect on oil prices!

Come on! Don't make me ride my bike to school. I live in MN! It just snowed on Monday!!

My husband and I carpool together to work in his Civic - we were going to trade in my car for an SUV but now are thinking a Hybrid would be more efficient. I wish hybrids were cheaper!!!

What is the gas price in the US at the moment? 3-4$/gallon, right?

To be honest, I'd kill for your gas prices:

Here in Germany we pay around 1.38€/Liter (2.16US$) for Regular/Unleaded at the moment.

A gallon here would cost 5.22€ which is 8.17US$ :wtf::cursing:

I had a dream two nights ago that it went to $8-$10 a gallon. I decided to buy a prius this weekend. Fortunately it was just a dream. I can't afford a prius right now... but at least I'm in a (oldish) corolla.

I really wish I didn't have to drive 15 miles to work.. I'd love to bike!
