Hi All, just wanted to update after a recent, post hurricane visit to St. Barth and the lovely H store there! The store was renovated in 2016 and feels airier and more roomy. The sales associates are all so wonderful; they are willing to help with anything. If you build a rapport and they can see that you love the brand and not just after a B or K, they will help you find what your are looking for. They have amazing stock, lots of exotics and a great scarf/shawl silk selections!

Sorry to revive this thread but would anyone know if the St. Barth boutique will be open during the month of August, and any of the other boutiques in Gustavia? From what I gather from tpf and Instagram they close only September and October and open the first week of November, is this correct? Everytime I call the number listed on Google for this boutique I get disconnected after ringing.

Hello there! My husband and I are traveling to St.Barts next week for the first time. I’ve read many sources saying the Hermès store carries Birkins and Kelly bags. Does anyone know this to be true? Also, how recently were you in the store there and saw them? I don’t want to get my hopes up yet..but fingers crossed
St Barths Hermes closes Sept/Oct only. Reopen in November. They break for lunch 12-3pm each day.
They are open and lovely as ever. I had a wonderful repeat experience there last month!

I was there last week... was in and out quick because I spent my shopping budget at Rolex 
so not sure how helpful this will be. Good selection of scarves and costume jewelry. They used to have bags displayed on the 1st floor but didn't see any this time, only SLG's. Small selection of home goods (china and blankets). Didn't go up to the 2nd floor, so not sure if they have bags up there now for security reasons (I heard there had been some attempted smash and grab type robberies at other nearby stores recently, which is very very unusual for SBH).

Was just there for Valentine's was told no bags avail at all, not even picotin or evelyne. Decent selection of scarves and some fine jewelry pieces. They had some nice beachwear and actually a good amount of RTW. The only thing that I was looking for that I was able to get was a gold Kelly belt with RGHW. Also, St Barths is tax free 
Thought I’d give folks the details from my latest trip to this Hermes, since I found this thread helpful ahead of my trip. My husband and I were in St Barts for the day from St Martin for our babymoon. I was told they had no BKC’s in the store at all but I ended up successful with a mini Evelyne in Chai that I’ve been trying to get for the longest time. I suspected if they had any Birkins in store, they would have sold to me. Go early in the day and work with Helene! Given how hard it is to buy ANYTHING at Hermes in the states these days, I was impressed with their selection
Just before covid I visited in December 19 and met daphne who really tried to help me too- offered me a choice of two mini lindys. I know in the past they use to keep bkc for existing clients(they held them if you were coming back). This store is one of my favourites due to the amazing stock and nice staff who work there.
I had my annual trip to St. B in November and the Hermes stock/shopping was terrific. I was able to get everything on my wish list and more! Given the dollar/euro exchange rate, the timing could not have been better. Lovely store with lovely SAs.
