Honestly I don't know how it works. I read through this forum and found that osaka Hilton is relatively easy to score, and I told my sister last month when she came, she stayed at Hilton and scored a black b25 with around 350k yen purchases. She got the SA card and asked me to ask for the guy, yesterday I went in, the SA was on leave so I got another guy to help me, I picked around 440k yen then asked for a bag and had no luck at all. The guy just don't seem to want to sell me bags, maybe he thought I was the client of the other SA, so I put the things on hold and said I will come back today to check the bag stock. Today I went in and found the SA my sister recommended, he checked and said no bags as well. In the 2 days osaka I went to 2 stores first day 3 stores today and only got offer a b35 crocodile (too big for me)..

I went to 3 stores a day at Tokyo and have no luck for 2 days, I'm going back to Tokyo tomorrow but I'm kinda reluctant to spend more time on bag hunting given the money I spent here I could've contribute to my SA at home store and got offered a bag already..

I'm not sure if it has something to do with my outfit, I wear tee with shorts and sneaker, maybe they think I look like reseller?[emoji27]

I do think Osaka Hilton H is a good place for hunting bags. I have stayed there for 3-4 times, and visited H shop downstairs every morning. A year ago when the shop was hosting a jewelry event, an SA hinted that if I purchased a diamond pendant from her she can look for bag for me (which I declined though). In January this year I visited the shop again, wearing a mini C in feu. The SA who served me saw the bag and offered me a K28 in same color, evercolor leather, without any spending. However I am not too into orange tone and I also just bought a C24 from another H shop the day before so I declined.

Good luck and hope you score your dream bag soon.

Thanks hon, I left without any success. The guy served me was a "fitter" i don't know if he can offer any bags? As when I ask he just said no, then I ask if I come back tomorrow will he have new stock, and he said no again without any checking and etc. and this is after I picked my 440k purchases.

I really feel like the SA do judge what you wear tho, I have very sensitive skin so was not able to wear any jewelry and fancy clothes other than cottons so I am very plain from head to toe.

Yesterday when I went down to shinjuku isetan store, I was trying to find a SA to get me the charms and this lady with very fake smile served me, she doesn't even look like she wanted to serve me until I told her I would take the charms. Not a very pleasant experience.[emoji15]

So I have decided to take my money back to my home store.[emoji57]

Good luck with everyone who's heading here [emoji847] I hope you guys have better luck than me :)

If you dont mind me asking, are you Japanese or speak the language?

I've visited this store and also agree with peggy that its the coldest store in japan...

Nope, not at all. I spoke English.

Can't agree more...I've been to all H stores in Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto over the past two years and I have to agree that Kyoto H gives the "coldest" attitude you can get in H Japan!

Things might have changed. I visited twice on Wednesday and the two SAs immediately went to the back to check. The first SA even kept apologising when she returned with nothing.

Glad that you scored two bags in one go! :girlsigh: I've been looking for a C24 in Japan for half a year now (feels like forever!!), but still no such luck... I'll be heading to the Kansai area for a week next month...perhaps I should give Kyoto H one more try?:giggle:
