Kelly cut burgandy or other dark red w GHW on display at Ginza.
It was on display in the leather department. Along with a medor clutch in either GT or Craie. I assume it was. The SA was not friendly so I didn't bother asking after she gave me a harsh no when I asked for bag charms. Is it for sale???

Just came from Hermes Ginza. I find it sad and disconcerting that a group of Chinese tourists decided to pay someone to line up for them in the morning. Not only did they ask someone to line up for them but they were a group a people who all wanted to buy B and Ks. So effectively, 3 of their group decided to cut the line. What's worse is they were talking about about this forum. I don't understand Chinese but Im sure, they said purse forum quite a number of times. The people at Hermes Ginza should do something about this since this is unfair for people who actually waited in line early in the morning
Sorry to hear about your experience. Did you manage to purchase any items you wanted?
Did you talk to the SAs about this? How did they respond to those tourists? I am guessing they weren't offered bags since I think the SAs are aware of the issue?
They were given the number 1 chip when the store open so I suppose they were still served. Though I did not manage to get anything on that day. I did get something special a few days after at Takashimaya Nihonbashi Hernes so all is good. I did tell my SA about it and she did say that they are formulating a system to eliminate this as it is very un-Japanese like and a lot of locals seem to be bothered by it.
The girl they paid for to line up seems like a pro at what she is doing. She wore a cap and covered her face with a bandana as well as sunglasses so you barely can recognise her face, probably to avoid any CCTV cameras of the store. Once the ladies who she was lining up for arrived, they handed her a white envelope and she let the ladies take her place. This was right before the security guy came out to count the people in line so they knew what they were doing.
