My assessment of the trial so far is that she’s a jerk for not checking to see if he was OK and he’s a jerk for trying to get a big payout because he collided with someone rich.

I think he asked for $300K....I was thinking she could have just paid that and be done with it but maybe she doesn't want to be extorted
