i called to say i needed replacement of my accordion wallet chain...mine got chipped - they called the stores and said they would ship one out..the next day they called me back and asked for my address..and they shipped it for free!

for the catalogue..i called 866 vuitton with my credit card on hand and said i wanted to see the catalogue..they asked for my address and said they will ship it out the next day..and they did!
