Hi there, can anyone help me or anyone knows if it’s possible to change shoe size in Gucci Philippine store even the actual shoes was bought in Paris (Galeries lafayette Paris Haussmann). My friend was in Paris last month and I asked him to buy me a Gucci leather ace sneakers with 6.5 size last August 3, 2018 and He arrived Philippines last August 19 and to my surprise yesterday, August 20, the 6.5 size which is my usual size is too big for me :-( I had my receipts intact with me and all i want is just to change it to size 5.5 ....Thank you in advance on who can assist me on this matter.

It's really cyclical! Don't give up.....there are amazing items to be had at great prices. Get to know an SA (get a business card), and start texting. Most of my favorite Gucci outlet purchases never even made it to the sales floor, as they were sold out beforehand via text/phone. I used to think the same thing about the Rosemont outlet (nothing interesting), until I walked in one day, and they had just gotten a huge shipment. I bought 2 bags and a phone case, connected with an SA, and have been getting things sent to me ever since. :smile:

I think you’re referring to the photos others are sent from the SA’s? That is only for the staff to see what is in stock, similar to what other stores use. It’s only for their inventory not a an app for any regular consumer to use.

Are the SA sending the pics by text. I only get sporadic emails from one SA

Mine are only sent via text. i suppose they could also email, but hot items sell out quite quickly, so I think the texting works better. If you have an SA's email, ask for the work cell number. You should be able to text that number and let him/her know what you're looking for.

I would think yes, but I'm sure if you call the Gucci number in your country (general customer service number on website), they could answer your question and help work it out.

I was/am just really discouraged because I went in expecting to buy and nothing seemed great to me . It took me hours of traffic to get there only to be disappointed. Lol!
Maybe I'll wait a couple weeks and go again. Hopefully they've received new stock by then!
Dealing with the summer traffic for no Gucci was disappointing! Lol

There’s not usually a “sale” per se, but many times, older items or slower selling items may be an extra percentage off. If you love exotics, often there’s a few that will be an extra percentage off(I’ve seen anywhere from 30-50%), and sometimes SLGs. I scored a Gucci leather legal pad holder for $30, 2 years ago on Labor Day weekend. Always good to check in with your SA about any potential deals!
