Gucci price increase

Neither of mine were wrapped too nicely. I’m wondering if they were rushed due to the price increase happening and many orders needed to be shipped.

Mine was wrapped nicely and they even included a thin cotton shopper. Hope the second one looks good too. Let me know how it goes with your SA and hope you get yours back soon.

I did receive two cotton shoppers. But the wrapping was horrible. As in the bags were just dumped into the boxes. The beige one didn’t even have the strap covered. That’s what made me think they were rushed due to the price increase. My CA found me 2 brand new ones in his boutique. Thank goodness because I would’ve hated to have to pay more money due to the price increase even though it was minimal. Let’s just hope they are good. And to my liking. Looking forward to seeing your pictures! Hopefully there won’t be any more price increases for a while.

My strap was not covered either but looked new. Is the strap supposed to have plastic covering on it or something?

My past online purchases, the straps were all wrapped in white foam. The beige purse wasn’t wrapped in anything, but the brown purse did have the white foam.

I'm thinking the Jackie 1961 have gone up to - not sure of figures, but perhaps someone can confirm?

My bag is up almost £1000 since Jan this year.

I just purchased althea Jackie 1961 small bag and the tag inside was $300 higher than what I was charged (same price on the website). I imagine the price is about to increase on this so if you've been considering this bag, probably should order now!
