I finally got mine, it took about a month. But I ended up returning it because I thought the bag looked a bit wonky. They were so happy that I was returning in store because they get calls everyday about it. lol! :( Made me so sad. I posted photos on a thread about it. Everyone said I was being picky, and I mean.. yes I agree but I can't get over it. lol

I was looking at peoples photos online and videos of the bag and didn't see anyone have a bag where the piping went in like mine did. I'm fine with the sides not being even (as in the piping ends at the same point) but it bothered me how one side's piping was round and the other was flat because it went into the bag. So my plan was to return the bag and reorder it, hoping the new one looked better.

BUT

I went to the gucci store and checked the other bags in the marmont line for the first time and noticed that pretty much all of them looked messy in the back. I love the look of this bag but felt like maybe the quality just isnt there. :( I also thought maybe the store didn't put out perfect ones in case they are stolen or simply because people are constantly picking it up and messing with it? lol

Nevertheless, I did reorder it... So I'll be waiting another month again. lol

I placed an order on gucci.com in mid- may, after a month’s wait it finally shipped and i recently got the bag in dusty pink color. If you are looking for red or black some stores in NY or CA would have it. Do call them and they can ship it right away. The dusty pink color is the most sought after. I just loooooveee the bag, the leather is soft (not super soft) , chain does not hurt. My iphone 7 plus with case fits in comfortably with a card case, a lipstick and keys. Not a fan of The snap closure (i appreicate my LV favorite PM magnetic closure wayyy more now ). supermini is the cutest bag i own so far andyou can wear it as a fanny pack too..Atatched a pic

I ordered mine on 6/24/18 with a back order delivery date of 7/3/18-7/16/18. Emailed Gucci for a status update and here is their reply. Looks like it wil be another couple of weeks at least.

Does anyone know if this is normal? The stitching on the flap doesn’t align with the stitching at the front :( My first order the bag came with a scratch so I returned that one and bought it again but this one also came with annoyances.

Also FYI, Canadian site just received a shipment from Italy so the nude colour is available for immediate purchase but after getting 2 from this batch, I feel like the quality isn’t that great. It sucks that this colour is still only available online. Should I keep this one?

I just got mine on Thursday (so probably the same batch) and it also doesn’t align completely. It’s a little annoying and I’m also wondering if I should exchange it. I mean it doesn’t truly matter but for close to $1000, the seams should at least align.

I’m going to email Gucci and see what they say.

Hi everyone!

I bought my super mini in Black last week in Selfridges (my first designer item purchase) and I love it. However I used it for the first time on Sunday and was super careful yet there are scratches on the GG and the leather has same faint marks, but they’re not noticeable unless you really look. I’m rather down about it as it’s the first time I’ve spent a big amount of money on an item. I am tempted to take it back and see if I can get a new one, but as I’ve used it once I don’t know if they will turn me away. Just after some advice on if anyone thinks they’d exchange?
