I‘m new here

I am in LOVE with my black Disco bag for years now

But I have a baby now and need something bigger
I like to buy them pre loved, but can not dicide which color
rose or a cognac

I purchased my bag today in store, I have come home and realised that the glazing hasn’t been finished on the inside of the bag and also there’s a part of the stitching which has ended mid way which they’ve some what tied to make a really sharp point in my strap. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem or if it’s normal? Not sure whether it’s a big enough deal to take it into for an exchange although I feel as it is with the amount the item costs!

If it bothers you, exchange it. You'll just keep looking at it and wishing you did if you don't. Doesn't matter if anyone else would be bothered by it because if you are you will always be. I have had that problem with other things where I just always keep looking at the issue and wishing I had just exchanged when I could.

Thank you, I think so too. Just didn’t want to seem silly going in to exchange for something minor although like you said would play on my mind if I didn’t & doesnt seem too minor to me right now

Hello! I just received my bag from Gucci. This is my 2nd one - sold the first one and regretted it. Question about the tassel - Are all the pieces the same length? This bag has slight variations and I think my last one had them all match. Thank you!!!

Hi all,
I'm SO excited to have finally joined the club! I bought my first Gucci, a black Soho Disco, on 10/30 at Nordstrom.

My leather conditioner arrived so I finally took the handbag out of its dustbag today, and I'm noticing that it didn't come with an authenticity card nor that little leather swatch that I've seen on some other posts and reseller's websites. I did get TWO separate little care booklets.

Should I be concerned? Do you not get these items if you buy through a department store?

Congrats on your new purchase. I think you only get the Gucci box and the leather swatch IF you buy directly from Gucci.com or Gucci storefront. Department stores somehow don't furnish these items. Don't know why.

Never silly to exchange if it bothers you! I just got one and exchanged it after a few days due to a very small patch of missing glazing.. when I say small, I mean millimeters. They were nice about it and I’m happy with the replacement.
