I just cut up the sample into strips and sewed the first two pieces together then wrapped it around the loose straps and basically sewed the strap holder on. Pretty easy and I’m not a good seamstress by any means!
Has anyone used this as a quick diaper bag? I was looking for a small crossbody that I could put a couple of diapers and some of my items for quick trips to the store.
Hi all. I wanted to share my experience today. I walked into Nordstrom to buy the black YSL Lou camera bag. Well, the SA wanted to show me the Disco to compare the sizes. Long story short - I walked out with a Disco in the Camelia color. It was a prefect nude. I wanted black but I figured I could get black in almost any brand. But the right nude color is hard to find. She told me something interesting....she said that they were not suppose to get any of these bags again and got a surprise shipment. She's holding a black for me for a few days in case I change my mind about the Camelia. She said they'll sell out quickly and they were told the design will not be renewed next season. (I don't know which "next season" she meant). Anyway, I'm dizzy with the discontinued, not discontinued, discontinued status. Who knows if this is true or not but I thought I'd share.
And I hope the bag and the Camelia color was the right choice
For the time being I'm just looking at it admiringly instead of using it haha

It’s been YEARS since I’ve posted on here but I recently purchased my soho disco this past Friday (I’m still in shock!!!) and my SA told me that because they switched designers, this bag and some of the shoes or anything with the old logo could be discontinued very soon. They’re being “phased out” he said. Honestly that was what shook me and pushed me to buy the bag. I was originally going to wait until April for my 25th birthday but once he said it could be any time I just acted on it! Yeah....I returned mine fairly quickly as well even though I got it on sale. Just wasn't impressed with it and already have much better bags in a similar size and color.
Thanks! I got the three holes done by the cobbler but made the strap holders by myself.
I joined the club on Friday after stalking this bag for over a year. Between the price increase and the rumors of it being discontinued, I decided not to wait anymore.
