Did you purchase with a discount code? I just tested the check out process for the soho disco on matches fashion, it came to $878 USD = $1085 CAD (includes tax already), which is still good (less than the gucci canada website of $1170 + tax CAD) :smile:

So, I called them on Friday /Saturday and told them I wasn't happy. I was asked to email a photo of the problem. I was told that the relevant department had been notified and that they would be in touch.

I called again Monday morning my time and there was no update as they work to business hours.

I then called back during London business hours as I was told that the beige stock levels were down to single digits! I spoke to the trusty Sahara who looked at my emails and instantly gave me a returns number and labeled my transaction a 'faulty exchange '. This means a replacement bag is on hold for me. DHL is picking up my bag tomorrow

My tip is to call during London business hours as they obvious have the clout to get the job done. Incidentally, I called Gucci Australia and asked in the event I have a problem with any Gucci product purchased from Matchesfashion, would Gucci Au repair etc. . I was told YES as they are an official supplier. How good is that!

Buy with confidence from Matchesfashion and thanks for asking

Just to add to the Matches fashion chat, I’ve ordered the green disco and as soon as I ordered it gave me the chance to send a friend a 10% Code so I sent one to myself, one to my husband and one my sister in law.
I then re ordered the bag savinging myself the 10%, suprised it worked but, I’ll either cancel the first order or look them both over and send the one back with higher priced invoice.
Just thought I’d share :smile:

Mine is from May 2016, bought it at Gucci online. It has the flat pocket as well [emoji4]

I tried searching this thread but couldn't find anything. Those with a Soho Disco, can you fit a long wallet in it? The measurements on the website says that the bag is 8 inches in length, my Dior wallet is almost that length too.

Other things I carry around are my phone, mini hand cream, and LV 6 key holder.

Well done! Please post pics when you receive it - I'm yet to see a good modeling shot of the green aside from the standard Gucci ones..
