Thanks for the advice. As I have literally just unpacked it I would like it replaced.perhaps you could try contacting them and see if they could send out a replacement or perhaps compensate for any repairs that need to be done

I know what you mean. I read about the price increase in another thread and it's definitely not keeping me from splurging on the Rose Beige! How has your rose beige held up? Any problems with color transfer?
I’ve had it about a year, I sprayed it with a scotch guard spray when I got it and it’s been great, I get any colour transfer off with a none alcoholic baby wipe and then use a bit of leather cream, to condition it, but I’ve hardly had any, and I mainly wear jeans and navy.
I’m hoping the green one doesn’t either sell out or go up in price on Matches before tues as I’m going to order it then.

After you have pirchased from matches, then they ask you to do a feedback so you can get a 10% discount code for your next purchase. Yesterday I've given to some one here already...

I have to say the Matchesfashion service is usually brilliant, however I am still waiting on their verdict on the brand new disco I bought - there's an obvious join and not only does it bug me I think that it will fray quite easily in the future.
So I was just at Neiman Marcus today and talking to my Sales Associate about the Disco bag and whether it would be discontinued. She said that initially Gucci had been planning to discontinue, but now they have decided to keep it. She said she had been telling her clients that it was being discontinued until she heard the change! Anyway, I just thought I would mention since I had posted a few days ago that it was being discontinued (as I'd been told perviously). I keep getting told by Gucci staff and Matchesfashion that it will be slowly retired in its current form. The fashion colours without the tassels will continue as that's Alessandro Michele's take on a bag from his predecessor.
Only time will tell but if you are thinking of buying the bag in its current form I wouldn't hesitate for too long. .
