Sigh I was hoping they'd give me the price adjustment on the black one (figured it was worth a shot) but the sales rep kept insisting the red one was totally different and a smaller bag so she couldn't do anything for me [emoji29] And she said the red is discounted bc it's being discontinued. And I tried to tell her the store inquiry number was the same for both bags but no can do.

So I guess these are slightly different bags. I didn't know they made smaller Discos with tassels that can be removed...

I feel like that info has to be wrong but they insisted that Gucci is the one that writes out all the info for them so who knows.

I love this forum. I always get up-to-date info here and I just called NM to ask for a price adjustment on the Red Soho Disco I purchased last weekend. Together with the ****** special discount, this was a good price. Added bonus, my hand bag shipped in advance of the original estimate.

Did they allow you apply the 15 % off after the price adjustment ?

I am waiting for an email confirmation verifying that NM will credit back the card I used for the original purchase. I was told I would see that reflected on my credit card in 3-5 days ($980-735 plus tax). As far as ****** discount is concerned, I received a Cash Back Update email within a day of my original purchase. This is the first adjustment transaction I have done, so I am waiting to see how ****** handles it.

I meant the 15% off NM Welcome discount not 15% cash back from E.bates

I honestly think a lot of their info is wrong at Neiman's. A couple weeks ago they didn't have the black disco on the site for pre-order so I started a chat with CS and asked since they have beige and red for pre-order are they going to be getting black back on the site too. And she looked it up and said they won't be carrying black anymore whatsoever. Literally the next day the black one was up for pre-order. So I don't trust their CS or website info too much.
