I'm 5'9" and in the same boat. I love the bag but the one thing holding me back is where it hits me.
I got the red even though I don't love where it hits me because I love the bag so much! I won't get others right now because of it though
Out of curiosity, why haven't you gotten the extra holes punched? Any downside?
I'm not sure I'll like the way it looks so have been putting it off. I only got the bag a couple weeks ago. I love the red and thought it would not come back to Nordstrom after I returned Black due to the length thing but then a month later it did and I got a great deal at 30% off so purchased it

Hi all. I was so hoping to join u all today.. but unfortunately the purchased bag I got today was a replica.. and I knew it right away from all the details. The leather smelled horrible. Even though I don't have many luxurious goods, but I do know how a leather smells like..

I got it from Yahoo bid in Taiwan, which is like eBay in the US..
I thought I was careful enough.. so sad..
but luckily, I'm flying to London in Feb. hopefully discos are still available to be purchased at Gucci stores. **fingers crossed** even black ones (or maybe rose beige) will make me super happy!

Have you posted it on the "Authentic this Gucci" thread by any chance to get a second opinion? May you provide photos so we can see how it looks?

Maybe you can provide some photos and get it authenticated on the auth thread? I do know some ladies on here complained about horrible smells, and theirs came straight from dept stores.

Hi ladies! I really want to get the disco bag but I'm worried about the sagging some owners have mentioned. Has anyone tried used a bag shaper to prevent the sagging / do you think a bag shaper would help?
I think so long your bag is stuffed adequately the sagging won't be so obvious. I used mine several times & so far no visible sagging issue. Hope this helps.
