I ordered mine from Selfridges. They have a 28 day return policy. In my box was a return shipping label in case it was needed. I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience with them. I ordered mine Tuesday evening and on Thursday it was on a delivery truck to me in the U.S. Selfridges and DHL were both awesome! Both kept me updated with emails and texts.

Selfridge does have a return policy of 28 days. I checked before making my purchase. Your shipping fee and any import duties (generally speaking) are not refundable. For the disco bag , for shipping to US, you don't pay any import fee so you don't have to worry about that I believe.

Hello everyone!
I just wanted to share my experience purchasing at Harrods.com!
I placed an order for the Black Gucci Disco late Thursday evening on Dec. 7. The next day, my status changed to "Pick Confirmed" on the Harrod's website and on the 9th, changed to "Goods Issue" with the item was sent to the Borderfree International Processing Center. Borderfree received the item yesterday the 12th and I just received my package at 10AM this morning! The packaging was also great! It was put in it's dust bag, surrounded by lots of bubble wrap and place in a big black box like the ones LV is offering now.

I had originally planned to buy it on the Selfridges website but it was out of stock when I went to purchase. Imagine my surprise after purchasing it on Harrod's of the many, many negative reviews I read about online Harrod's as well as their shipping partner Borderfree. (I even made a thread here asking about it because I was freaking out so much!)

However, I am glad to say everything went smoothly! I think I received my package sooner than I would have if I purchased it from Selfridges. Overall, I had a very positive experience shopping with Harrod's and would definitely recommend it to anyone who might have thought about purchasing from there! Plus, I saved about $250 from buying there versus buying it here in the US! YAY!

Without further ado, here's me joining the official Disco Bag Club!
