Guys, if anyone has been looking for a Large BTH, gucci.com US has the military green with hand-stitching and light handles on there now. I almost bought this at full price it was so splendid, it's more than a bargain now

I checked this morning and noticed that bag - the BTH that I have been lusting for a long time....it kind of made me angry. If that bag was there during the presale I would have purchased it.
However that being said I do love the one I purchased and can't wait for it to be shipped. I still need to tell my friend about this military green BTH. She wanted to buy one but noticed they were mediums and wanted a large version.
I know it's really annoying
but I think it's good to have the option of a med. I always felt the large were too big for the evening and yet I always wanted to show my very favourite bag off 
and the version you bought is more than special.

I know it's kind of gauche but do you mind if I ask the price point of that bag? I never saw it on the Canadian site or in the boutique I go to in the states and I'm simply curious. Not only the actual bag itself but the handle must've required hours and hours to create it (looks labour intensive). Of course the result is incredible and unique!

Full retail was £1.8 It's not a newer model at all though, I'm sure it's years old (can't remember can anybody else?) must have had it round the back for ages... waiting for... me
As you say a lot of work in that bag. Quite amazing really, I think of the poor craftsperson who made it. I also love that it's the subtle gold hardware because I tend to wear more yellow gold in the evening but I it still wouldn't look wring with wg.

I saw a beautiful med hand-shaded browns on beige python that is new (£2.6K). That must be one of my favourites so far.
All the newer models seem to be meds and mostly variations on Beige.
A beige/gold diamanté pattern (lots of hours of work I'm sure)
Cream med BTH with leather covered-bamboo handle. It also comes in Aviation blue-grey
Blck leather and beige zebra print pony
Beige ostrich with dark handle
Beige matte croc
There is also a hand-shaded python but small, in red-brown and browns
If you want to take a trip to Florence there are exclusives at the museum. Navy, off-white, dark green or dark red, all with gold inlay (I love the look of the navy.
Sometimes Gucci do more for the holidays too if none of those take your fancy

I still have that catalog. What's odd is that the bags we purchased are from 2012. They must have been hiding somewhere in the dark all this time waiting for us to choose them.
