Does anyone happen to know if the Goyard Biarritz still makes the special Belharra in red with "Goyard Biarritz" on it?
This piece was launched as a limited edition in order to celebrate the re-opening of Goyard in Biarritz in 2016. Quantities were still available as of late summer 2017, but I can’t confirm if any are still available today. Your best bet is to reach out directly to the boutique at [email protected]. Good luck! 🍀

So I was in Biarritz this past weekend and can report that the special Biarritz Belharra in no longer in production. They only have the one with the turquoise trim. I did buy a few other items, and they did seem to have good stock when I inquired about numerous items. It is a lovely shop and not busy at all. In fact, I was the only customer. Having been to Goyard in Paris many times, I can say it was an absolute pleasure to not have the hours long wait outside, to be seen instantly, and exit the store in 15 minutes. If you are going to be any where near Biarritz and have an interest in Goyard I suggest checking it out!

I bought a Saint Louis GM Bag in navy back in 2016 from the flagship store in Paris. It has been well loved and shows some wear and tear. I’ve had the handles resealed and leather corners added when it had some small holes in the corner by a 3rd party. I sent it back for a 2nd repair to address a tear in the fabric (terrible idea). The business used a ridiculous metallic patch and it has left a residue on the canvas (along with a mystery stain). Here is my question after some bag history - has anyone taken their bag to a leather business and had it repurposed/made into a new bag?

Has anyone had luck purchasing via phone at the Chicago NM boutique recently? I've called them at various times of the day and no one ever picks up. Any suggestions for how to reach the SA there?
Thanks!
This was a few years ago, but I called this branch and left a detailed message. I was very specific in what I wanted and made that clear in the message (“I’d like to order an MM Artois in black and tan”) . I got a return call within a day or two. I think that if they know you’re close to or ready to pull the trigger, you’ll get a call back. JMO

I am quite pleased with the durability of my Artois MM that I decided to get another Goyard bag for travel. Belvedere PM is soooo rare and hard to find in Asia, and I was so lucky to spot this piece at the Goyard Bal Harbour Shops in Miami. Need to take it home, of course! 🥰
Do the new Belvederes have a magnetic closure now or the original tongue loop thru?
