Got my first H scarf but I'm torn...please help!

I LOVE your large purple one. It is a classic and the size is so useful. I would pick the purple even if the X-Mas one comes in the larger size.

I bought one Noel at the recent sale and they do show up on Ebay all the time, but be careful, because there are a lot of fakes of the Noel scarf.

The purple Vif argent is beautiful , wear it in good health

The one you got is classic and such a gorgeous color! it's year round and is simple enough that it can be worn in so many ways. i love the christmas scarf but i do think it is seasonal and can only be worn at the holidays (though others could surely disagree, i just can't see how you can fold it to make it look less holiday like). so that i would want to invest less in. if you really want it i would get it in addition to this full size one or try and find it for less on ebay. if you don't love the small size though you might never wear it which would be a waste. you know?

I didn't know they made fake scarves!
I thought I would be safe from that on ebay...damn.

Keep the purple one. And if you want something for the holidays, do get the little noel one as well, since it's so much less inexpensive. Splurge for the holidays!

Keep the purple! I have it in the black colorway and it is one of my favorites. If they had had the purple when I was there, I probably would have snagged it!

Keep the purple one. I just bought it in black yesterday (along w/another scarf and a shawl- my FIRST Hermes pieces!!) and they did NOT have it in purple. Other colors, but not that one. It is gorgeous and can be worn all the time. The Noel is too cute, but limited. ENjoy!!
