I’m just starting my Hermes journey, but I’m already getting obsessed! I used to be scared go to boutique just to check it out. Because I’ve heard about prices on Borodin and Kelly and thought that everything there is ridiculously expensive. But recently I started to do some research and educate myself about the brand, and I’m falling in love. Those are my first two purchases. Belts and twilly I bought in Europe, and the boots, scarf and bracelet in the US. Btw I’m obsessed with these boots.

Beautiful!! May I ask how those boots fit? Are they true to size? I am 36.5 but tend to sometimes wear 36 or 37 in their shoes. Advice on sizing would be much appreciated. ❤️

I think, they are true to size (compared to the H moccassins). Though comfy? It might depend on the ratio of the circumference of the calves to the length of the feet/shoe size.
If, as with me, the boot shaft is still a bit too wide/roomy, it can reach so high that - when sitting down - the rather hard leather loop stings the crook of my knee and the leather strap on the back buckled at the level of my Achilles tendon, which was rather painful - sigh - couldn't take them home.
Also: who has a bunion: it can be quite visible through the fabric. (I have the shorter boots - very comfy, though the bunions might show more after wearing a couple of times...)

Hi Pivoine66. Unfortunately I do have bunions . Thanks for sharing that. I have worn my Volvers quite a bit but haven't noticed yet.
They are actually so comfortable and don't give me any pain. I cannot wear a lot of shoes/boots because of my bunions.

Same here. I have to size up for my bunion on the right foot. It prevents me from wearing a lot of shoes. Ugh.

Has anyone tried on the new Frenchie boots?

They remind me of the saint Germain boots! I found the opening too small for me for the St Germain boots so hoping these might fit better.
I just got these in both colors. The opening actually splits open into two pieces so it’s definitely easier to get your foot in. The only issue is the leather toggle wrap and Kelly closure are the only things keeping this on. If your ankles/calves are too thin or too thick it won’t fit properly. My calves just barely fit into this for the closure to work properly still. It fits a little weird over skinny jeans too. I will say the heel height is smaller than the St. Germain and I find the insoles more comfortable. It’s a very stylish boot with character. The Natural comes with a traditional palladium clasp. The Noir comes with this beautiful new almost gunmetal permabrass closure that is stunning. The Noir is also more matte than other Hermes black leather boots.

Apologies for intruding, does anyone know the name of the boots in this photo?
It looks like most of the models are wearing them, so I’m guessing they are this season.

These are boots under Equestrian so they're a classic, not a seasonal item. It's the Nedji Competition Boots, reference H800338E 89: https://www.hermes.com/us/en/product/nedji-competition-boots-for-women-H800338Ev89360/

One can also purchase the mini-chaps (reference: H800342E 89) to be added on; turning it into a pair of riding boots. See here.

Has anyone tried the new Faustine boots? If so, how do they compare to Jumpings in terms of shaft width? I am wondering whether to ask my SA to source a pair for me to try. I love the jumping boots but they are a smidgeon too tight in the calf and therefore uncomfortable.

I got this in size 36 (I normally wear 36 in most shoes, sometimes 35.5) and I found the shaft pretty large. I can easily take them on and off. I measured the top of the shalf and it was 14in while I think this was 13in on jumping boots.
While the length fits me, I think the width of the boots is quite big, so big that my heels slip when I walk  So I think you should size down if you have narrow feet
