Can I ask how tall you are? I think there's a regular version and a shorter version according to the website. Do you know which one you got?
These boots are regular ones, i have heard about the shorter ones and it was mentioned here that the shorter version is for Asian clients? or sold in Asia, something like that.
I'm 170 cm tall, (5.7 ft?) i have slim legs and boots are a bit too wide for me, i wish they would be a bit narrower.

I think they look perfect on you! Makes me really want these! But I’m 5’4” so I’m concerned the shaft will be too tall for me.

Just thought I'd put in my sizing input on the NEO boots. I was searching this forum before going to store to try them on and I thought 0.5 size down or TTS would be suitable. However, I found them very TTS so I bought my 'regular' 38.5 (to use with either a nylon sock or a 'thin' cotton sock). If I would use them with thick socks I would have bought the 39, so 0.5 up.
(My feet are normal width but my toes are a little bit long. )

For reference I have the following sizes:

Valentino:
Ballet flats rock stud 39 (they are a little big on my feet)
Kitten heels rock stud 39
Flat sandals rock stud 38.5
Flat sandals supervee 38.5
Heels supervee 38.5
Sneakers 37.5

Chanel:
Ballet flats between 38.5 and 39 (where the 39 is a little big on my feet)

Gucci:
High boots w 5cm heel 38.5 (a little big)
Sneakers between 36.5 and 37 depending on model
High heels 38.5

Jimmy choo:
Heels 38.5 and 39 depending on model

I hope this input can be helpful for someone searching. BTW love the NEO with GHW however none left in London in my size now so I bought the PHW! Love them, and so very comfortable!

Hi, fellow addicts !
I'm delighted to have purchased my Jumping boots, after 10 years thinking they were just of reach.
I'm not explaining the whole buying process here, but will happily answer questions about my calf fitting and sizing if you wish (reading tpf was helpful).
Modeling pictures will come, but right now I'm lying on my bed only wearing a top and old torn tights in order to stretch and break in them :-D

Awesome! Can't wait to see pics.

I had a pair transferred to my store in my size and I'm going to try them on tomorrow. Are they true to size, narrow, long, wide? I usually size up for my boots from my dress shoes so hopefully they will fit well.

I just saw your post, and hope you took the boots back home.
I find them true to size, I ended buying the EU 38, as usual with all brands.
They are honestly neither long nor wide, and certainly not narrow (my feet aren't at all)
I had to go 4 times to finally have the right ones... The first SA talked me into the fact that they were small-sized and ordered a 39, then as they were ridiculously big, another SA ordered another size etc... Such a waste of time, it took 4 visits...

Concerning the calf, my legs are just proportionate to my body, and I'm of large build and a few kilos overweight (1,68 m and wear 42 FR). I'm posting a few pictures in another post.

So I did my best for the pictures. I hope my experience can help you as tpf helped me for such a big purchase, and that it will make you smile.
Let's not call that my journey, it was in fact a true battle.

You can guess on the pictures that I am not slim by any means, and the boots fit !

But at first they didn't...
It was a huge bet, honestly... Buying a pair of 2000 € box leather boots that one cannot put on is a rather unsafe bet, or let's directly admit it is completely dumb...
In the boutique 2 SAs had to pull the boots off while I was litterally stapling the sofa to not fall on the floor... Haaaaa, thankfully we all had a big sense of humour and self-derision, just like did the other customers watching...

My pride made me refuse the stretching service, I first wanted to fight by myself.

In the evening I wore the boots for 2 hours on the bed, pulling them up a little more... I could feel my hearbeat in my calves !
The next day I had 20 cm bruises on each leg. Put the boots on again and then my feet could go in the shoe part. But as the legs weren't straight yet I remained lying on the bed.
Finally on the third day I put them on right out of bed so my legs were slimmer than in the evening. (And I take into account the fact that I was done with the few days of the month where, you know... you just feel like you're a plastic bag full of water.)
The boots surrendered and they fit completely from that moment but with a fat pad over the top of the boots.

I spent that day with the torn tights at home, the boots gained some ease, and voila !
I wore my so much wanted boots the next day at work, where I got several compliments and also many gazes on my way.

I hadn't even allowed myself to dream of them for years and they were my incentive for losing my pregnancy weight (the boy's already 2 years old now...).
These are so flattering and spectacular... Just don't hesitate they are worth every cent !

Thanks so much for the detailed reply and pictures! The boots look great on you.

I actually just picked mine up today from the store and LOVE them! Mine are the Asia cut and I was nervous that they would still be not quite right but fortunately they were just the right height. I got my usual size I get in boots, a size up from dress shoes since I have a wide toe box, and they fit perfectly. I love that they are so buttery soft and just beautiful. Every winter, I've been on the hunt for tall black boots. I have finally found ones that fit the bill and so happy that I can check this box off. Now maybe next time I'll get brown ones.

Hello, may I please ask what the “Asia cut” is? Is it shorter/taller/slimmer/wider? And how is it possible to tell or do you need to ask the SA? Sorry if this is a silly question
