im thinking about getting a pair of neo or veo boots and was wondering does hermes do repair on their shoes? whether it be the leather itself or the turnlock hardwares chipping/tarnishing (in the case of veo since ruthenium)?

Yes they will repair if possible (i.e. parts / leather available). I have a pair of sandals with a large metal part and I needed the leather heel re-heeled. It can be a very long process though, and depending on how old the show is when it needs repair, there is a risk it takes 4-6 weeks to be returned without repair.
As expected, the artisans will only repair if they can restore everything perfectly...

Yes! Veo. They are new. Women’s and men’s.
Thanks! Do you have the Neo’s by any chance? Would you say the Veo’s are wider in the toe area?

I have the Neo’s and LOVE them. But sometimes they get a little tight on the toe box. The shape of the Veo’s look slightly wider and more rounded (just from looking at online pics) ... wonder if they also are more comfortable?

No prob  hoping I make it to the store to try these on soon

Hi dear,
I went to try on Veo a few weeks back but I think the style makes your feet look bigger somehow and the leather are more stiff so they actually hurt my front legs when I walk. I think Neo is easier to break in but the sole is thinner. I was excited about Veo as the weather in my country gets pretty cold and wet during winter. But I think I’ll stick with Neo still after trying on Veo.

Just my personal experience though.

I agree with the bigger look.

I’m a 37 for reference in the photo:

Interesting!! I don’t usually do well with stiff shoes. My pain tolerance in my feet is VERY LOW .. thank you, this is good to know!
