My black box jumping boots arrived! Will give my review to enable others...
I'm usually a Chanel 37.5 but 37 in H Oran sandals, I sized up to 38 without trying them on. I also went ahead and bought a boot jack after reading so much about many TPFers have problems removing the boots by themselves. But happy to report that I'm super pleased with how it fits and I could remove the boots with ease without the help of anyone nor my new boot jack! There is some allowance on the foot bed which is good so my toes don't feel squashed. The calf area does not have big gap, just enough space to tug in my skinny jeans.

Yes, they are built solid and feel pretty amazing to have some much box leather on the foot!
These books look so beautiful! I have always admired them but I already have other boots. Are they stiff or comfy?
The boots can stand on its own so box leather is stiff and does hold its shape. But the foot area is roomy and comfortable especially with these low heels.
I have both box and swift jumping boots. Fit is not the same for me. I wear smaller size in swift as it is softer. But every pair is slightly different from experience, regardless of size and leather so best to try them on!

the swift ones are definitely easier to wear right from the start. the box ones need breaking in. my swift ones are a full size smaller than the box!! i couldn't get my calves into the boxcalf ones in my usual size...grrrr...
