I ordered on the giginewyork website. It s been almost two weeks and my order is still processing.
It s not normal . I send 3 mails and did an oversea phone call.
I ve got one reply to my first mail.
On the phone the cs said my order will be shipped the afternoon.
Unfortunalety my order status remains the same.
I m a bit disappointed about it.
It s annoying to buy items and the store takes ages to ship out.
I m a woman and i hate waiting lol.
Has anybody have the same issue with the order processing?

I haven't had any issues, but I live in the same area of the state. Personalized items to do take longer, and since they make the bags on site, sometimes they may have to make new stock to fill orders. Just conjecture, I don't know.

Update: After many mails and calls they sent my order last week but they did send to an wrong address. I live oversea and my parcel was in Oregon.😕
So i called again ( 5th call to be exact) and finally my order has been shipped to me. 😥
So the parcel is at my local fedex location at clearance.
When i get it i will post some pics.

My order is finally here!
I had to pay an extra 96 euros as custom tax. 😕
(I live in France).
I bought a madison bag and a card holder. I got a zipper pouch for free.

Beautiful!! My sister in the US also has received my order of Pine Madison for me, with the free card case. I can't wait until she sends it to me!

I'm literally kicking myself that I didn't follow your advice to jump on that sale.

Now I want a black Teddie in python SO BAD for my 2015 bag. I'm considering overhauling my entire collection to get rid of most of my Chanel ... but I still can't bring myself to buy full price. :(

Looked inside the pocket of my Madison crossbody bag and i ve found a tag Made in China.
I m disappointed and angry at the same time.
Why does a company do such practice ?
The bag is well made but it s not a made in us bag.

Interesting... I just checked all of mine and none of them have that tag.

Your bags must be made in Nyc.
I ve noticed that the card holder and the zipper pouch do not have tag too.
I don t care about the fact that it s made in China. All my bag are made in China and l love all of them.
But I hate lies.
I will never buy another item from Gigi New York.

I will stay with Rebecca Minkoff and Tory Burch.

Please be aware that most Rebecca Minkoff bags are made in China.

I know. Rm doesn t pretend to be an local manufacter.
But GiGi New York does.
I bought a Madison crossbody bag made in Nyc. I ve paid for it.
Unfortunalety i can t open a dispute via Paypal. The protection is over.
Sure I would do if i saw this before 45 days.

In France the Made in Tag has to be on any item.

To me Giginewyork is not a trustly company.

I will have to check my bag today. The company is based out of long island NY . I did think that some of there stuff was probably made in China so I will be keeping my bag no matter what. I love it and the quality is fantastic.
