when I bought my regular Love bracelet with 4 diamonds and the JUC with diamonds I got a full size bottle of the Cartier Champagne, two cleaning kits and two travel pouches.When I purchased my small Love bracelet and the JUC necklace I got 1 cleaning kit, a travel pouch and a Cartier scented candle. Two different SA's. Zurich boutique. Outstanding service from both of the ladies :love:

Yesterday, after having a bad start to my appointment (Dallas, TX). My replacement SA gifted me a coloring book and colored pencil set! It's so gorgeous! I also received both the cleaning kit AND travel pouch, which seems to me to be normal to expect, but some others on here didn't receive one or the other? (I specifically requested no fragrances and my SA learned I didn't drink much so no alochol.)

I ADORE my Dallas SA, I wonder who your's was/is?
They never have cleaning kits for me, but I always get treats of some kind, usually lots of champs lol

Im amazed at all the lovely gifts the SA can potentially give! After 2 juc, a necklace and a panther bracelet I've only got the cleaning kit and travel pouch lol 🥲 I had to ask for the 2nd set of cleaning kit as they only gave me 1 before

You have 2 more cleaning kits than me :laugh: I have 4 bracelets, pave ring and earrings, my boutique seems to never have them in stock. Seems every store is different!
Aside from pricey champagne I haven't received anything notable, aside from excellent service. I don't use the travel pouch as I don't remove my bracelets when traveling.

Same here! My boutique seems to always be out of stock when I make a purchase. They do say I can come back to get a cleaning kit a few weeks after but it’s weird coming in to ask for that alone and more awkward if they still don’t have stock or they forgot about the purchase you made previously… Lucky for those who get those free gifts right at purchase.

I went in to Taipei 101 with the kids and saw that Cartier had this cool garden. I just asked the SA about it and she took us up there. She was so kind to let us in to the VIP area. She gave us a book because she said we were very appreciative of the garden! So nice! Highly recommend the boutique!
