"Gifts" from Cartier SAs

I had to ask for a cleaning kit, otherwise no, I don’t ask for gifts
Just adding our experience!
I do have a couple of beautiful bottles of champagne though, the bottles are so pretty.

Just got these simple earrings to match my older bracelet and ring. I just met this SA and have no previous purchase at this store. I really love and treasure the La Panthere scented candles so am really happy to receive this one in grey. My SA included two travel pouches, some Christmas biscuits and the ornament comes on the carrier bag.

OMG I would be over the moon.

This! It seems that some SA's give gifts no matter the spend. Also, does it depend on the store? I exclusively shop at the KOP boutique with the same SA for years and don't receive gifts with every purchase ~ I do get great service with every purchase which I really appreciate.
Are some boutiques more generous? So weird.

Yes I am over the moon and thankful specially because I only bought the gold bangle Baignoire watch from this SA. Not only she sent the Panther trays but she also gave me cleaning kit and extra travel pouches. I however have spent lot more with usual SA and never received anything, even when I asked for cleaning kits he always told me they are out of them. So I don’t know how they allocate these gifts but I believe maybe how SA feels about you rather than spending $$$$$. I do know it’s time to replace my usual SA with the new (Watch) one.

Does anybody know how Cartier allocates gifts based on spending?

When I go with the Knight (my now 19!yr old) we leave with sodas or bottles of water, chocolates, cologne samples, cookies, ornaments, travel bags and cleaning kits.

When I go alone, I leave with the minimum I pay for. I’d develop a complex, but I don’t blame my SA for liking him best.

I only have two pieces so far. My last purchase was a yellow gold love bracelet. I received a travel pouch and two perfume samples. Ironically I fell in love with the perfume and will be getting some for mother's day!

I honestly don't expect much in terms of gifts since I have only made two purchases. Hopefully I will be able to make more purchases in the future and will get more gifts then.

Recently during a Mother’s Day event- got some tulips and boxes of chocolate. I’ve gotten champagne before and never drank it so that’s a no for me. They also served little bites and mimosas. Of course I brought both of my fur babies with me.

I was on a business trip and stopped into Hermes and Cartier looking for a Mother’s Day gift for the wife. H SA was arrogant and pushy. Went to Cartier and the SA looked up our profile, saw what the wife owns and brought out half a dozen options at the price point I told him I wanted to be in. He then guided me to the perfect bracelet and explained why he thought it would work best with what she already owns. Then goes to the back and brought out multiple boxes. The bracelet. Another a travel jewelry pouch. The third a box of cookies that my sons could gift her from Cartier. Night and day difference from H.

US. Bellagio in Las Vegas. Wife does not love the bracelet so we will be returning it. I will stay loyal to this SA though as he is as so helpful.

My SA invited my husband, son, and I to a private roof top party at Cartier Soho and then took us out for dinner. It was very sweet and I love how they treated us!

So jealous! I guess my small love ring purchase from the Soho store does not get me on the rooftop family party list! LOL I do love the Cartier customer service and am glad they treated you in this way.
