Hi everyone, I know this is the marmont bag thread, but there’s so many active voices here that I would love your input! I purchased this 1inch (the men’s belt) back in 2017 online direct at GUCCI.COM and waited MONTHS for it since it was backordered. When it came it seemed fine and I’ve rarely used it (maybe a total of 5 times) but I recently took it out and it looks soooo tarnished with this odd SPOTTING. I’ve kept it stored in the dust bag and box in a dry and room temp place. I have never been through rain or water with it so I don’t know why it looks like this. I know it’s “aged or vintage” hardware, but this spotting is concerning. Is the men’s just more “aged”? Anyone else? Thoughts? Please, much appreciated ! 
I just had same issue! I have 3 marmonts and honestly all color hardware are slight different ♀️

Yes! I remember when choosing my bag the SA brought out a couple and I could choose which one I wanted as I noticed that the gold hardware colour slightly varied between each bag. I have the more matte antique hardware where as my friend has more of a shinier gold colour.
I like the blue better except I wish the hardware was aged gold instead. I guess that would look even more nautical but I like that look.
Finally found the purple in small!! I used to have pink in mini but didn’t like it and this makes me way happier! ❤️
I prefer the blue/ white. Navy is a color I just love in handbags.
Excited to join the club with my lovely Christmas gift from my husband today: the small Gucci Marmont Camera in Nero. First designer purse purchase for me that isn’t a LV. I have wanted a camera bag like this for awhile, had really considered a reasonably priced Tory Burch one that was similar but was tinier than even the mini Marmont which was still smaller than I ideally wanted. But after checking the stockpile of Nordstrom gift cards I’ve received as gifts for several years, realized that the one I really wanted was in the holiday budget! Only downside buying at Nordy’s was not getting a fancy box for storage and unboxing but I’m over the moon and can’t wait to use it for years to come.

I have been looking for "the little red bag" for a long time! Actually I usually use big bags like Celine luggage but sometimes I can´t bring "my whole life" each time I take a coffeebreak in the city...Finally, Christmas eve I went to NK in Gothenburg in Sweden to purchase this lovely Christmas gift but it was a "mission impossible" to choose between "mini" and "small"...after being there for a quarter I decided to go for a "small" GG. Today I´m a happy owner of this baby! Say hello to my bb and Happy new year to U all bagladies!
