Is a C18 a Constance? I have sent bags to Spa and they can really perform miracles! I'd like to see pics too. I don't know what you mean by dents? I would expect surface scratches, but not dents. Post pics if you are able. Congrats on your purchase. Barenia is so special, enjoy!!!

When I bought my Barenia Birkin six years ago I nearly fainted at the cash register too. Have never once regretted it though 
Man my SO in ostrich was more. Still freaking but not regretting.
As a relative noob, I love connecting with people who have such deep experience with the brand!
I picked up a few small things and ordered some bracelets, and also got on the (surprisingly long!) waitlist for a Kelly Pocket belt…so not much to actually take home same day! Was actually saying to my SA that I feel bad about how many online orders I place through her, but she always says that our store just doesn’t get much stock. It is a bummer…sometimes I walk out without much and feel like “I WAS READY FOR YOU TO TAKE ALL MY MONEY!!”

Sadly, the items on the second floor are "for display only" and not for sale. However, I believe you can put your name on a "wish list," if they decide to sell those pieces, you may get to buy something you see in the display. Even the wallets were "for display only" which I find shocking!
NYC Hermes is crazier; they have so many unique, desirable, best-of-the-best pieces on display, and none are for sale!! It's a museum of every bag you'd ever want to own! I even asked if they would sell to a "celebrity, " and they said they aren't permitted to sell the display items, even if Beyonce walks in the door. Ha!
Some people wait years for barenia quota bag, let alone a kelly 25. It's a rare find. I'd have gotten it in a heartbeat. Don't sweat it and enjoy your bag.
I received the bag yesterday. Can you see the long line of pressure marks on the upper left side, for example? There are a few spots like this. Can these be removed by hermes spa?
