The natural ranch mink was delivered today. It's in excellent condition & doesn't look like it was worn at all. It's really heavy, though. Are you f/l minks heavy?

60 degrees yowza!! We're at 33 high today, it started out as snow, went to ice now it's pouring rain. The puddles are like running streams. I couldn't wear a full fur today so I went with the scarf. Even with the umbrella it still got a little wet.
Oh I can't wait to see it! It's nice when things arrive in excellent condition.
The vintage full length minks weigh a ton, my new ones are very light almost like air, but the vintage ones are warmer.
I'm going to check out the mink section to see if you got a pic in there
Finally picked up that white damaged fox, it came out beautiful!! Neiman Marcus did an amazing job on it! The tear is repaired and you can never tell where it was, and all that dirt came off. It looks like a brand new coat. The lining was filthy now it's sparkling. The bottom dirt is all gone, it's snow white again yay!

NM did an awesome job with repair, cleaning, & restoring it's color!! Kudos to them!! The coat looks brand new!

They did a spectacular job, I am so happy, and glad I didn't send it back to the furrier of horrors, god knows how she would have repaired it, and i'm sure she would not have cleaned it half as good as this.
And NM was not that overpriced after all. A full cleaning is 85 dollars and the repair was 165.
I have so many vintage coats that claimed they were cleaned prior to sale, well they weren't cleaned like this, so I wonder if most of the sellers were lying or just did lousy jobs.
I'm going to take in a few more vintage coats to be cleaned at NM, at 85 dollars a pop it's worth it

I think the peeps at NM are gonna drop when they see the gorgeous furs you bring in. I agree it’s worth it to keep them pristine.

There were three ladies there today, I told them I have 58 furs, they nearly fell to the floor lol. One of them said "do you have your own vault?"
They asked if I would store them there I said how, I can't lug around all those furs. They said they would have the valet guys help me unload them and they would bring them up...eh I can't, it's too many. I will just stick to having them cleaned every now and then.
I should have taken before and after pics, like of the dirt...the bottom hem lining was black! Good god to think I've been wearing dirty coats this whole time LOL
