It's scheduled to be here Saturday, the mailman better ring the bell this time. I may camp out on my lawn and wait for him lol. He made it sound like he has a huge inventory, I'm sure he has something.
My coat is going to be big, it's a 16. The other ones he showed me were only a size 8, that's a bit tight when it comes to furs. I prefer a 10 for comfort and so I can move around a little.
I don’t think I saw this one before. It’s so stunning! I would not have guessed fox.
It's gorgeous and dyed beautifully to resemble sable.

All in all it's very nice, and it's a Saga, he didn't mention that, so I'm happy about that part. It is blush with white, spots are varying shades of light brown to black, the fur is in excellent shape, I little crushed area on the front. The lining looks good to me, it has one tiny stain, looks like a food stain, sauce or ketchup type.
All the seems are strong, no odor or issues. Now for the part I'm not as thrilled with. He said he cleaned it before It left, I beg to differ, sure it is clean, and must have been cleaned recently, it has the clean smell, but there are areas he must have missed. A few crusty dirt spots near the hem on the suede lining. It's minimal, but this is my only complaint. I would have preferred a more thorough cleaning. Size, he said it was a 16, I guess so, furs sometimes run smaller so I would say it's more of a 12-14. It is very long! down to the tops of my feet. A heavy 1980's(?) coat and will certainly keep me warm
I would rate this seller a B+

Thanks for your thorough evaluation, KK! It is a beautiful coat & I love the subtle shading & spots. I can see you really rocking this with your style!! Personally, I don't mind a few minor spots/stains on the lining of a preowned coat because the lining is seldom seen. Besides, the lining can always be replaced in the future. I do often worry when buying online when it comes to size. I do think most furs often tend to be a little smaller than the number size & a lot of times it depends on if the seller measures from the inside or outside. I prefer inside measurements.
I've been looking at minks for the past few days. The silver fox coat I was interested in was bought by someone else while I was negotiating with the seller for a better price. Oh, well....just not meant to be. Since I haven't seen another silver fox that speaks to me, I moved on to mink. I've decided I want a classic ranch mink coat in a longer length....about mid calf length. I've seen a couple that he has but wanted to wait & see what you had to say about the spotted coat. Your opinion helps a lot!
