Fox in Action

From Dynasty 1985, every episode they wear such gorgeous furs. These two have me wondering what fox they are. The fox tail boa was a buff colored diluted silver, and the coat was similar just more buff/cream. The coat I'm guessing is blush fox? The boa I am clueless.

I think it may be a lovely shadow blue fox. They are actually very hard to find

So this is a new coat & the seller has more than one? Well...it's a beautiful coat & I hope it arrives in perfect condition! Is it coming from out of country? I really hope you don't have another nightmare experience like the last one. Unfortunately, buying online can be a crap shoot! Did you find them on Ebay?

The furrier called this morning, he said he is so sorry but this one sold and he forgot to take it off his website. He just moved his warehouse from NYC to Florida and he has been swamped with furs coming in from all over the world.
He is offering me other coats that cost more for the price of that one, which was 850. He said he has a full length spotted fox that he will give me for the same price, he has to get a picture. So far he has been offering me (with pics) full length Canadian Lynx for the same price (he has them listed for 2,300 but will give it to me for the 850) they are very nice but not what I'm looking for. I want spotted fox and if not I'll take a blush fox lol
He's a very nice man. He's a furrier of new and he also sells used and closeouts. The one I paid for was used but in great condition.
So right now i'm waiting on pics of other spotted foxes he has.

I've been binge watching the show and they wear so many fur coats, stoles etc in colors I've never seen before. A few were pretty close to what you have shown including similar to that Latte one. Palomino Latte, the name alone makes me love it.
But several of the fox furs they wear are in the blonde to beige family, including blush fox.

He sent the pics of the full length spotted fox. I like it, it's not as pretty as the other one, but it looks plump. It is a size 16 so it will be big on me, more reason to grow haha

Honestly, I liked the shading & contrast of the shorter coat but this one looks like the fur is thick. Is it preowned or new & is he willing to sell the F/L coat for the same price as the other one?

Me too, I've searched all over and it's hard to find a nice spotted fox. I came close to one on ebay but it didn't have spots on the collar, I need spots on the collar
It is pre-owned, the other one was preowned too. He said the fur on this one is excellent, and he will clean it before he ships.
Yes he gave it to me at the same price as the other, and he ships for free.
I'm hoping the color is blush, it looks a bit blush in the pics doesn't it? The spots look brownish instead of black. So it's a bit more subtle than most I've seen.
He took the pictures quick without the good lighting.

Yes, it does look like blush. I like the more subtle color for the spots. If he's willing to sell it to you at the same price, I say go for it, especially if he cleans it first & ships free!!

If he as many coats as he says, he really needs to update his website quick!!!

Yep I got it
He said he will clean it today and ship it tomorrow. He's a very nice man, he is on ebay too, I imagine those are updated. He said he was in NYC for years and his lease was up and he needed a bigger warehouse so he moved down to Florida. I guess with the move and such he has been lax on updating his sites.
He wanted to give me this one...it is beautiful but I am not up for another Lynx

He got one negative recently, about a torn lining.
I will let you know how it is when it arrives, hopefully it's ok. He told me the fur is excellent but the lining is good but not what he would call pristine. Linings don't bother me too much as long as it's been cleaned and the fur is healthy.
I assume the coat is from the 80's
