Definitely try again, hopefully you’ll get someone else and try and be very persistent. I can’t understand why they won’t help you with this. Also I would try cd again. I have never heard them say it’s at the stores discretion before.

The corners of my Graceful MM looked exactly like yours from your Flower after 3 months. I have used the bag Maybe 10-15 times and I never have putted it on the Floor. I'm very careful with my bags.

LV said: "normal wear and tear, we can Nothing do for you"! I have brought the bag to a second hand store….

OMG! I have had my Flower Tote about 3 months and purchased it online from Louis Vuitton. it is fine now, and I am very careful with my bags. BUT, should I call Louis Vuitton and ask about issues with the folded corners and if I should or could exchange for another bag?

I have had mine for a year. I think this is probably inevitable with a folded corner purse. I haven’t checked my corners and probably won’t. I love the look of the bag, the way it hangs on my shoulder, and the size. Same with my Melie. If it had leather corners I wouldn’t have bought it bc I don’t like dealing with vachetta on the bottom of the purse. They were meant to be worn and loved.

Update: good news! LV store exchanged the bag for a new bag. I decided to stay with the flower hobo since every other bag that I REALLY liked was around 3k! LOL! I truly hope this doesn’t happen again since I really like this bag.

I'm watching the corners closely on my Flower Tote now. Also have learned to stay away from any bag with folded corners in the future. I also don't understand why they continue to design bags with this issue.

Good morning, I still have my Montaigne but not the Flower Tote. The corners were starting to wear in spite of minimal use and extra care. I exchanged it for the Soufflot. The Montaigne GM is comfortable but very large. I keep it for those times when I need to carry a laptop. I do use a Bandouliere (thicker) strap if I load it up. The thin straps can cut into my shoulder if the bag is loaded and heavy. To be honest when I got the Soufflot I planned on selling the Montaigne GM. My laptop sticks out of the top of the bag which worries me, so I kept the Montaigne. Did they change the corners on the Flower Tote? They look the same to me online, but maybe they look different in person. Hope this helps!

No, corners are still the same. I can buy one pre-loved in great condition. No corner wear yet. Im not sure if i should having read all the cons. The price is very good though.

Am i correct that you have a v tote as well. These 3 bags is on my short list. Montaigne , V tote and Flower tote.
I can purchase the flower tote for a good price pre loved
