I am 10000% sure it’s peeling otherwise I won’t go to LV and have it inspected, I will never embarrass myself on claiming something that isn’t lol! It’s a 3kCad purse. Imperfections have no place in this kind of price!
If you looked at the pictures you would see the corners, glazing is coming off slowly! I am very careful with my purses. I don’t beat them as I have few purses in my collections. And scrape it accidentally? Nope dear... I am way too careful to do that. Not on my LVs, Hermès and Chanels.
Oh geesh, please do not be condenscending. The whole part of accidentally is ‘accident.’ No one damages their purse on purpose.
On the previous page you said your corners were peeling and these don’t look like corners, that’s what I was referring to.
Condescending?! I have not even thought of that as I was writing my response. Don’t jump into conclusion dear. I don’t think like this and I don’t treat anyone imperiously. I am being brutally honest as I am frustrated with the situation. And facts are facts. This purse was brought to LV and inspected.
And they saw the peeling and the premature flaws and defects. Too bad it’s not too clear in the pics.
I have the black Flower hobo, don't wear it often, but it's a great bag and there is no damage anywhere. Maybe, like all other bags if we are not careful, not matter which brand or material, a bit of damage here and there is going to happen. LV has a great customer service and I am sure they will be happy to help you
I just didn’t expect it at all. When I was sold the bag, I was told the canvas material was more hard wearing than leather! Really bad advice by The assistant in LV.... if he’d have been honest I would have brought a leather one!
You are right, I also have a leather mulberry Freya which is very similar in design, the corners have marked a little but I’ve had it about 6 years.....but it certainly hasn’t got holes in! I totally disagree LV customer service has been shocking, they do not want to know :0(. I did not expect the poor design & quality or poor service.
Hi! Carolinelois! I bought mine exactly in June 17 and it also has a hole in the front right bottom corner!! Ugh. I love this bag so much! Since is still under a month, can they exchange it? I will take it to the store tomorrow to see what they say. I want to repair it in case they don't let me return it.

Yes! And I haven't used it too much and I do take a lot of care of my bags specially since I haven't bought an LV for two years! This is my birthday gift.
Hey maye, I’m so so sorry to read this! When I took mine back to the store I told them this had happened within a year but he simply wasn’t interested! He flatly said it was wear and tear! He said there’s nothing I can do, no return, no refund, no repair. But I am claiming through my credit card company. I’ve obtained an independent report which states it is a very poor design and in fact not wear and tear. Take yours back ASAP you never know the person in the store may have a very different opinion to the person I had to deal with. At the end of the day, it’s one persons opinion and it really shouldn’t be based on that but LV customer services did not want to know. I will never buy from them again I’ll stick with mulberry n ysl!! Xx

m sure if this happened within 2 weeks of you owning the bag they should replace it, I’d go for a different bag tho hun xx
